THE 24TH MEETING of the London Pain Forum took place at the Westin Palace Hotel, Madrid, Spain on the evening of Saturday, 23rd April 2022. Prof Jose to Andres, Past-President of ESRA and Director of Multidisciplinary Pain Management Center, General University Hospital, Valencia, gave a lecture on: "The future of neurostimulation: personalized, tailored neuromodulation." In addition, Dr Arun Bhaskar, President of the British Pain Society and Head of Pain Services at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, London spoke on the "Changing Landscape of Pain."
The iconic London Pain Forum Meeting venue, commissioned by King Alfonso XIII in 1912, is located in the renowned Art Walk, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List as “Paisaje de la Luz” (The Light Landscape). This area links the city’s most enriching museums, El Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen-Bornemisza and the most important monuments.
